It totally explains why most new network marketers struggle to get their business off the ground. The short stories are easy reads and so relevant to my own situation that it makes total sense. Tom "Big Al" Schreiter is brilliant!

I really appreciate the simplicity & sincerity & workability of the information Tom offers! Very few other Networking Trainers show what works for most people (in fact, only one other that I know of out of thousands). He has the statistics & group to show for it. A lot of happy customers. What's better is that I can go use what he shows and get successes myself. People I care about & strangers alike appreciate my approach now.I would be remiss if I didn't say that the theory about people's "subconscious" makes "all the decisions" and that their brain is all there is to somebody's mind are completely false and demonstrably impossible. A theory purported by those with a vested interest in keeping most people in the Dark about themselves. That doesn't change the fact that what Tom teaches gets desirable results. Just don't get hung up or tricked into believing the "psycho-babble" that runs rampant throughout our Government Approved Education propaganda. Instead, Look for yourself!Thanks for all you do Tom!! Very much appreciated.

Simplifies recruiting in easy to understand, logical steps and demystifies the process! Well worth the time to read and study.

The tendency of most MLM Trainers (not all, but most) is that they are so busy spilling all of their knowledge that they leave a wake of motivated, challenged, and somewhat doubtful people that have little clue of "How do I make this work for me?" swimming in their heads. You gain the knowledge and the "How to" with little insight into how can I implement this into my daily activity.BAM here it is!Big Al has a God given talent to not only teach effectively, he also does it so you see how it is done, and most importantly you can see yourself doing it.I AM JUST CURIOUS you ever wonder how the big producers get that way. I AM JUST CURIOUS how many people are you going to share this with?Absolutely beautiful training.

Definitely 5 stars!!!This book has definitely changed the way I look at my business, the way I talk to my distributors, the way I talk to my prospects, the way I talk to anybody on any subject...Clear and precise... Inspiring and a self confidence boost... Brief, yet pregnant with meaning... Does not merely tell you "what" you should do to succeed but give you the exact words to use so you can practice and develop the skills of conversation...I'm just curious...don't you want your prospects to lean forward when you talk to them and nod approval at the words you utter?I just found out a book that gives you the skills to achieve that...Would it be OK if I send you the link and you download it from Amazon.com for only US 2.99?

Good stuff. Liked the stories and the "two kinds of people" line. Appreciated the 4 points to put your prospect at ease.

This is, no doubt, Big Al's Best book. Start here! Then continue on with: "How To Get Instant Trust, Belief, Influence and Rapport". Then on with, "Ice Breakers". And then finish with, "How to Prospect, Sell and Build Your Network Marketing Business with Stories"!Now then, don't get me wrong, Big Al's latest book, "The Four Color Personalities" is Awesome too and a Must Read. However, the sequence I listed above will be in invaluable start for you to start with!!!You don't have to wait to get started, but you'll want to Start Right with these Very Valuable tools in your Toolbox!Happy Hunting - now go forth and Multiply.

If you are serious about network marketing, you must read this book. Many great examples on how to get people to agree to see a presentation without mentioning your product. This is fantastic.

I started highlight gold nuggets in this book and decided to stop as it was basically every page!Worth reading over and over, and taking action of course... Action is important!

This book is important to see and experience what really works, when starting with NWM as your own business. There are so many books who claim this, but this book is different and gives everyone the recepies how to do it. Showing what happen from a different angle - the metaperspective - to show what works and what does not, is genious. Much more easy to follow this entire concept, then so much complicated or oversimplifyed stuff.Just one flaw: The one statement in the book: ‘So many do buy this product, people really like it... will show you are not the only one’,is taken from the old business world. In every store I go today, I hear this sentence. Just loocking at a T-shirt for two sec’s the shop-owner make this statement, garanteed. Like I am part of a herd and have to follow the same path like all the others.So this is IMHO not a good argument in 2018 anymore.This is the only ‘old fashion salestrick’ I did observe. Everything else is pure gold and can be veryfied with modern methods from humanistic Psychology - and by practicing it alone or right away with a partner or your team.I highly recomment this book and several others of BigAl. He has the humbleness MLM needs in 2018.The strategy Network Marketing needs to take over a more and more cynical, industrial system in the old fashion businessworld, from a privious mellinium, who did poisioning our earth, air, water and food. Practical but simple advice for network marketing business owners and professionals no t matter how long you have been doing it , highly recommended.

In my view, Tom Schreiter (author of the "Big Al" books ... way back when ...) can do no wrong. His advice to anyone concerned with selling anything to anyone - whether a rank beginner or a seasoned veteran - is always top-notch, the best, guaranteed to give you the edge.Tom Schreiter is a living testimony to the success of the MLM (multi-level marketing) business model, although I realise it's not everyone's cup of tea. Personally, I really have to make a superhuman effort to get out of my comfort zone and engage actively in starting a conversation with my local prospects. It doesn't come naturally at all. But I'll tell you what ... Big Al's tips have certainly made it a lot easier.If you're sitting on the fence, get off it now (or you'll hurt your backside), read any (all!) of Big Al's books and then read them again. You certainly won't regret it.
