I think it works pretty good. But I actually watched a supposed government expert on Joe Rogan he said probiotics were worthless. But then again the supposed experts that we constantly listen to are paid by the government who constantly lie to us. Not to mention the media who report such things. But I’ve use this for months and it seems to work quite well

These were doctor recommended to me and do help. I have tried several other ones the last 6 months but have come back to these.I noticed Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum MD also recommending these. He's an expert on FMS and CFS. I feel confident buying these since they require no refrigeration, you never know even when buying refrigerated ones from a health food store how they were handled in the shipping to the store.I read an article a year or two ago where many of the refrigerated probiotic brands were purchased for study from quite a few different health food stores and when analyzed for bacterial activity, quite a few had little or sometimes no activity. According to the article upon further investigation they found many shippers were not placing them in refrigerated trucks. That greatly concerned me and the doctor I presently go to uses and sells only shelf stable probiotics.08/28/2015 These are the best, I tried the brand my doctor sells and I could certainly tell the difference - I did not feel well, stomach upset, more tired than usual with more aches and pains ( have FMS CFS ). Anyway I'm back on these with his blessing. So glad Amazon sells them.

I bought this probiotic pill for my 87 year old mother. She has had digestive issues for many years but it has gotten worse. An X-ray and CT scan showed that she had a colon full of stool. She could only take miralax for 8 days before it caused vertigo. Taking a fiber supplement in powder form helped, in fact I thought that she was cleaned out. After taking this supplement for 4 days, she really got cleaned out of the fifth day with a normal poop (it was the normal consistency just a LOT of it). I tried one pill myself in the afternoon (even though I don't have a problem) and the next morning it cleaned me out too with a normal consistency poop just more of it. I highly recommend this probiotic.

These do not contain any dairy. They are very good for you and boost your immune system

I have not noticed a difference, but hubby is very happy with it. He had colon cancer some years ago (he is fine now). He said he has noticed a difference with, well, everything. This was also suggested by my pharmacist, who also had colon cancer. 👍 Four stars because I see no change. Also first time took way too long to get here, and package damaged. Punctured foil. Next time was fine.

I've been on tOptima now for a few months and boy what a difference it's made. I went from gravely ill to better than ever(truly) with the help of Optima. I highly highly recommend. I have gut problems constipation an a relentless case of excema thats painful on my hands severly an lightly on arms i believe from overgrowth of yeast an unbalanced. What should i take the pink box for women or orange box for constipation? Gotten no results from Dr., nutrionist, or dermatoligist . Just steroids, ointments, an another peel that messes with immunity an makes hair brake an come out. Any one have personal experience for direction which type to take.No starr selection have not used don’t know Wich to take. Im 43
