Got this from amazon warehouse at a great price. I would have rather had a 42", but my fireplace has jutting stones that wouldn't have let it fit in the fireplace hole. Built an enclosure to go in fireplace with some 2 x 4's, and then added a thin wooden covering. (Before that, I enclosed the real fireplace with some insulation behind this at the bottom of flue. It took a little work, but it turned out awesome!!! We are really happy with it. Doesn't put out a hella heat, but after a while it will help to warm a room, which we are happy with. Many colors and options for flames, havent even checked them all out yet. We just like the ambiance and look of it, as we were deciding what to do with the fireplace.....as you can see in the pics, I think looks nice, if you like this kind of thing. It's not like a real fire, so if you're looking for that, look somewhere else. We added a few pieces of timber to somewhat offset the appearance. I think it works. I would recommend to anyone looking for this type of insert!! Price we paid couldn't be beat...

Bought recently and installed myself. Very easy and practical. Warms up close to my couches which I love and has varieties of colors and style. I've had it for months and love the lighting as well on it. Not to mention it's quiet and calming.

So far so good, very nice replacement for the one we had. Installation was straight forward and very easy. Price was very good.

I originally bought this to be mounted in the wall, but decided against this once received. The only mounting option is on the rear, and that would have caused anchors to protrude through that wall to the other room. I also did not want to restrict airflow. It turned into an easy on-wall installation and has a floating appearance that hides the power outlet. The many available options for color and speed give my household the exact look and feel we want for any mood. A backup heat source is great to have, even if it is limited in power. I also have a sound bar sitting on top, taking advantage of the opportunity since our TV is wall-mounted as well. This might not be recommended for fire safety, but the heat (when on) blows out of the front very efficiently so I'm not concerned. Be warned that there are gaps in the two top corner holes that children can stick small, thin objects into and sit on the rock display for all to see.

I love this fireplace- I think for a faux fireplace the flames are realistic. I don’t think it’s especially noisy and the heater works great in our bedroom. I would definitely buy this product again if I get another one for our other bedroom. Sidenote – the remote was not working when it arrived and customer service responded immediately and sent us a new remote without any hassle. It was also extremely easy to hang on the wall with the bracket.

Esta increíble la chimenea. Luce padrísimo en mi sala de TV. Le da un ambiente muy acogedor y moderno a la estancia. Fue muy fácil de instalar y de conectar. Los colores de las flamas y de los cristales están muy padres. Excelente compra.

Está bonita y luce bien. Funciona perfectamente, tiene varias opciones de color de flama y de color de carbón. Se controlan fácilmente todas sus funciones con el control remoto.

Pesé a que tardó más de lo previsto en llegar, ha valido totalmente la pena. La calidad es muy buena.

Buena. Solo que no trae como ajustar temperatura o set pío y. Como que ya viene calibrada en baja y alta. Y san se acabo. Ahí con él ahí estará bien. Sin saber qué temperatura está. La habitación. Eso les falta. Algún termostato que se pueda calibrar dentro de sus capacidades. Técnicas
