Magister Eggsercizer Hand Exerciser Standard Size - MEDIUM-BLUE

This was bought for my husband who has a pinched nerve in his arm. Hie saw someone using one at a physical therapy session and his therapist recommended it. We got the blue (medium) version and he uses it to massage his forearm muscles and it works well, but he says he would probably have preferred the softer (green) version.

I already own one of these, and I bought this as a gift for a friend with some arthritis problems with her hands. She is very happy with this Eggserciser and feels that the exercises have helped her hands already.

Useful and helpful shape and size. I ordered three of the items advertised with different firmness levels, but haven't been able to determine much difference between them.

It works great for overuse of your hands.
