Mixed instantly in both warm (cooled kettle) and RO (below room temp). Looks and Tastes like coconut water, only fresher than the Zico bottled and Tetra paked. Bought August 1st, for travel, plans changed. Read horrible reviews yesterday, October 4th, and had to test mine out..Mine is Not: pwd Coconut Butter, pwd Coconut Cream, pwd Coconut Milk, Coconut Flour, flaked, shredded, Damp, Rancid (penicillin) or contain fillers. I'm a big coconut connoisseur; I own and have tried every kind of coconut I have found, just not every brand. (We once bought 10 young coconuts at our Wholefoods thinking we could make our own coconut water, milk, cream, butter and baby formula.. we ended up using a chef's knife for a machete and made a big mess leaning how not to prepare a coconut!) Note: the scoop I used became sticky after dumping into the glass of water. Even though the scoop did not come into contact with the water, the humidity of the house was high and I could not tap, scrape or otherwise remove the remaining without it flaking and that would not dissolve.

It smells unlike any coconut water powder, It is clumpy, does not dissolve and there are NO REFUNDS PEOPLE. AMAZON is letting this company steal your $15. I've tried many different types of coconut water and the one is ABSOLUTELY GROSS, do not waste your money

If you drink coconut water out of cans or cartons this is not going to be even close to what you were expecting.The powder is clumpy and yellowish. It smells strange, and nothing like coconut. The powder tastes slightly sweet and nutty.When reconstituted it is completely opaque. It looks much more like coconut milk than coconut water. The flavor doesn't taste like any coconut milk or coconut water I've ever had.I'm not sure what to make of this product. It doesn't smell or taste anything like expected. I think it would be more accurately described as "Dehydrated Coconut Milk".I wouldn't recommend this for drinking. It might be fine for adding as an ingredient to cooking or baking.

Takes a few minutes to dissolve which is slower than another pure coconut brand I have tried. Small amount fir the money. Good taste though.

Someone else mentioned that the powder is damp and it clumps. That is a good thing. It is not all dried out, its fresh. If you use this product you will have to put it in the blender (I use a Nutribullet). I use this for my plants but I've been known to take a swig and it has a very pleasant taste. Comes in very good packaging - thick paper on the outside, foil on the inside. I will keep buying this - my plants love it, I love it.

I bought on April 29/ 2020 one pound of this coconut powder, because I was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer,the chemo treatment among several side effects caused me to become deficient in my potassium and other electrolytes.I researched for a natural source of potassium, I found that coconut water would a good choice, so I bought this product.When the product arrived, it was packed in a cheap paper bag, the pro felt before I opened it like a hard solid rock.A strange feeling came over me, how can a powdered product feel like a rock.I opened the package, and a very foul rancid stale strong smell emanated out of the package and spread all over my living room.I immediately threw the package in the trash and turned on my air purifier.I called Amazon to tell them what happened, all I got is an automated message that said they can or receive any calls because of the Corona social distancing.I have called Amazon for a week, same nessagewent the orders page sent my feedback to the seller and requested a refund and still waiting for someone to respond and give my money back.I have been an Amazon loyal customer for many years and this is not the way to treat loyal customers.

This is so tasty that I often eat it right off of the spoon, very impressed.

I am so sorry to have bought this product. It is hard to dissolve, stays lumpy, and turns into muddied water that tastes bad; there is no coconut flavor. I was not able to return it. I tried to like it several times, but it was worse every time. I am not sure why they are allowed to sell such powder.
