Had item Returned back. Waited almost 45 days to arrive, Just to have item returned. The picture above was the one I got at my door step. The one I received was nothing like the one in the picture. Every layer had to taken off to get to layer underneath. No small doors or windows to pull out or view individual layers/floors. Wouldn’t buy this product again. The company was nice enough to send me a discount if I decided to keep the item. Unfortunately I didn’t want to deal with having to unstack layer after layer to get to my eggs. So I passed, and returned item.

Not only is this incubator frustrating to put together and take apart for every hatch or just to check eggs, it will not maintain temperature or humidity in climate controlled indoor room. Eggs will partially develop then die. Out of 2 incubation cycles with 5 day or less aged eggs, only 1 hatched first time and 2 hatch 2nd time. 10 years we been hatching 95%+ in many brand incubators, this one is by far worthless

The fotos for this incubator is very much so a misrepresentation of this incubator. This is a very complicated incubator to use not happy at all with this over charged item. But to return it is so difficult that it is almost impossible to do . I have added eggs to it to see if it at least hatches them. But would not recommend this product to anyone

They stolen my money

Lost 2 full incubators of eggs, took 2 racks off, trying it this way. I personally don't like the roller system. Had a bunch of eggs break and make a mess. I wasted my money on this purchase. I have taken 2 of the racks off, we will see in 2 weeks if that helps

None of my eggs hatched...
