The NVR is not accepting the 8 cameras. It only accepts 4. We have been working with Zosi daily with tech support for 2 weeks now. Each day we go through the same steps and still the tech support was not successful in configuring the remaining 4 cameras. We were promised a new NVR or 4 cameras. She stated she would update us and now we're told she wants to remote into our computer and download the zosi app. We had already done this and had to send her images of each step. We are not comfortable allowing her to remote into our computer.Our house is vulnerable without a working system. This is our second zosi system, the hard drive went out after 2 years although the cameras match and are identical to the new ones.

This is a great product and the customer service is even better! I had a minor issue with a couple of my cameras and Zosi Customer support were very fast in responding to my questions. They quickly helped me fix all the problems I was experiencing. I am very happy with my Zosi Security Camera System and it is very reassuring that their customer support service is very quick to respond to any issues.I recommend this product and company to anyone who is in need of a video surveillance system.

This product stop working just after few weeks. Don't waste your money on this junk
