We love these! Our initial order was lost in the mail, so Amazon refunded us. The company reached out and extended a coupon which we utilized to order a replacement. I'm glad I did because these work wonders! We've previously used the Arm and Hammer brand which left a bit to be desired. These are not only natural, but the smell is not pungent and chemical-like. The odor absorbed almost immediately (I have 3 children who play sports year round and like to hide food under their beds...), including that of the dog. The packaging is sensible, Earth friendly, and very thoughtful. I will be buying more.

These four pouches are a nice addition to any home. The are not too big so that they stand out or look odd wherever you place them, and they work. After about a week we have noticed a considerable change in the areas I’ve put them. Much less odor and the air feels better, cleaner.I’d highly recommend anyone to try them out in your home. Places prone to bad smells like around trash bins, bathrooms, pet beds (just out of reach of the animals of course) would all work well.

I am a rescue and use these in my rescue room of guinea pigs and rabbits. I use 4 in my room and it definitely helps. Of course it is not going to get out all the smell but it definitely helps.

These maybe perfectly good bags maybe I just need to purchase more of them I live in a basement and these bags have helped with the musty odor but haven't eliminated the smell.

I was skeptical about these but thought I would give them a try. I have dogs and cats and a laundry room with dirty clothes etc. I have used plug in fresheners all over the house until I found these. I placed the charcoal bags in several areas of the house and in about 2 weeks I was amazed. They actually have apparently absorbed the odors. I no longer use an plug in fragrances. Now I use an essential oil diffuser. I put the charcoal bags out in the sun every few weeks as instructed. They are amazing!

I bought a 2016 Ford Edge and when at the dealership, did not notice any odors in the car. Several days after getting it home, I noticed a very distinctive smoke odor. I first tried dryer sheets thinking that would absorb the odor, it just masked it. I then tried a car deodorizer, same thing, just masked it. I did some searches on Amazon and came across these charcoal bags and figured I would try them. I am so glad I did. Within 4 days, the odor is gone. The bags themselves do not smell, which is good. But they removed all of the smoke smell. I would definitely buy again!

Piece of crap . Charcoal everywhere and you have to put them in the sun to activate . There’s no sun here in winter barely . Waste of money .

I haven't noticed any smell reduction. I have closets from 1920. They are musty and not updated. I bought the bags a few months ago. I charged them as recommended in the sun. I don't know how long it will take.
