Q: What size do i need to get for size 18

I ordered my right size it’s a little shaped and fits me perfect but iff you think you’d like more room try the next size up.

Q: what material is it made of?

According to the label, it's 56% cotton, plus a mix of elastane etc. I don't particularly like wearing synthetic fabrics, but I love this T-shirt! It's so comfortable, washes well, and doesn't crease. What's not to like. Well worth the money.

Q: What size would you order for a size 22 - would the XXL be big enough?

Probably not. I am a 16-18 and I ordered an XL, its a comfortable fit, but you may have to go up one more size to get a good fit. Its a great top though, if you get it out of the washing machine as soon as it is finished, give it a good shake and put straight on a coat hanger, you will never need to iron it and it dries overnight
