Great gluten free snack
I’m always looking for a somewhat healthy gluten free snack. I’ve had other products from Simple Mills and enjoyed them so I gave this one a try. I love it. Not too sweet, soft, chewy and satisfying. Love it.

Yummy for the Value and Healthy too!
All I can say is YUM! I alternate the different bars every morning on the way to work. Very dense and very filling. Lite breakfast option on the go. Very flavorful and very cost effective based on other options on the market with healthy ingredients

Too many seeds
I bought these because they sounded healthy, and I was looking for a Kind bar alternative. They are OK, but the amount of seeds used in them is overwhelming.
