It is easy to use, easy to put on.I was looking for something that I could put on and wear as I moved around, but it feelslike in order for the coolant to stay on the top of the knee I need to be sitting with my knee up.Which I need to do more of anyway, but I tend to not want to sit down for very long, so I washoping for something that I could wear while walking.

My son had knee surgery and we used this.They work wonderful! Fit well. Easy to put on. They mold well with the knee.I purchased two so we had one cold at all times.

The straps are very well-made super secure don’t even think twice just get it.I bought this with my own money nobody paid me to say this but this is the best heat and ice therapyI have ever had. Which makes me feel like breaking out into a song, nothing compares to you. LolYou can thank me later;) it’s that good!

This product is the best cold therapy I’ve ever used. After knee surgery, I needed to ice and elevate and with Kool’n FX I can even walk around and stay mobile. It fits really well and can be re frozen in about 15 minutes. It lasts long enough to get a good ice down and I really like how rugged the design is. Feels like it was made for athletes.

Hi. I'm currently recovering from ACL surgery and was finding it difficult to find time during my work day to heat my knee prior to stretching. I kept having to get up and move, and then of course, there goes my knee pad. I needed something that could move with me and still be efficient, and that's what this does. When I received it I was immediately impressed by the quality of the product and packaging. The straps are comfortable, and the rubber reinforced holes are durable and flexible. The fit is perfect. The only criticisms I have is that I had to be more aggressive than the instructions advised to get it to heat to the level I wanted, but I understand that they want you to be cautious until you understand how your microwave works with it. I would highly recommend this product!
