Got this for my husband as he tweaked his back and was looking for something supportive to help get him through a golf tournament. It was 100% successful. He was able play comfortably and he said it helped his swing. Great purchase and a brace he will be using going forward.

Made well and helps with golf game

I bought this brace in 2018 when first diagnosed with spondyloysis and spondylolisthesis. I wear it as needed when I feel unstable or have strained my back. It helps so much with pain relief and makes my spine feel stable. It’s not bulky at all so I can wear it under my clothes. I can adjust how much tension I want or need with the pull cord. I’m glad to see it’s still available in case mine wears out. I highly recommend it for stability and support.

I have had my facet joint removed in back surgery and I have a slipped vertebra ...this back support is amazing.. It is light weight, breathable ..however you still get hot in it... I use it for tennis, and lifting my grand daughter ..and I have not residual pain and or discomfort while wearing it. My only complaint was the frustration trying to figure out what size to buy, there was no helpful,accurate information to determine size.. I bought mine a little too big based on what information I could find.. I am grateful for this product...

This brace is excellent. The adjustable tension straps are the key feature.

I've had a lot of back braces and this is by far my favorite, it can pull much tighter on your back without just squeezing your belly really hard. additionally the secondary tightening is so fast and significant that i actually loosen it like im suppose to when not doing a lift. a lot of other ones i've used i've not bothered since it felt like in order to get it tight enough the initial strap would need to be on really tight already making it a pain to loosen and tighten. Also as someone who sweats a ton its nice having the back be open. It is absolutely worth the extra money over traditional elastic back braces

The product seems to be well made and does offer adjustable lower back support. For me, I used it while playing golf and I found it to be too restrictive to make a decent golf swing. After 7 holes I took it off and played better. The golf swing requires at least a certain amount of twisting and turning and I just could not do that very well when wearing this product. I may try it on the practice range and adjust it differently and see what happens. The brace should be helpful for other activities but so far, for me, not so much for golf.

Great brace and I love the side pull.

Helps keep my lumbars supported when my Spondy is acting up. Very lightweight, unlike some other lumbar support belts this one does not make me overheated. Easy to adjust and I barely feel its on, yet I get the support I need. I only use it as needed as its not recommended to use long term day after day. Well made and looks like its going to last me a while. Highly recommend it.
