Our dog has a slim head and thicker neck so collars slip off (we use a harness to walk). This on is great and the green colour is so stunning on our black coated dog.Really comfy too as it is doesn't need to fit tight on the neck due to the slip section. We have it adjusted so even if you put you hand in the slip section to hold our dog back from something the collar is still not uncomfortable or restricted on our dogs neck.

Great quality and durability. We take them off during a walk having two dogs and being in a strangulation situation in the past but good for daily use, wash well and hold their colour

This is the second time we have bought one of these the other lasted years and is still used as a spare when the others been washed

Martingale Collars are safe and comfortable and my dogs always happy with them. These are even better in that the extra part allowing for secure tightening and loosening is made of nylon like the rest of the collar - not any amount of chain ( not even the smallest). Even more comfort. Very well made and look smart. Recommended.

Have a cockapoo pulling for years on a harness that hates it being put on. Tried this collar and much much improved walks. Walks mostly loose lead after a day. The collar presses round the entire neck instead of just on the front windpipe.Just have the odd pull to sniff something. The only negative is getting on and off and fiddly tightening every time.I don’t want the dog to fear and run away from the collar like the harness (hates the harness) especially fitting over the head and tightening etc. But it is good. May get a similar one with a clip fastening for ease but worried reports of them breaking and dogs running loose.This the dog will not get out of or slip off for sure.

I have two French Bulldogs one with a slender neck one with no neck, I struggled to find a collar for the one with no neck as I had to have it loose on his neck and as he is a little stubborn and doesn’t like going for walks it would slip off his neck, the way this is made is brilliant it can be loose but doesn’t come off when he decides he’s not walking a little pull gets him going again with the collar tightening a little so it doesn’t come off.I got one for my other dog as well as I was so impressed with it.

Good collar works well if fitted correctly. Colour leeches so our white dog now has pink fur so need to wash it first before putting on your dog.

Bought both my girls one of these collars. Well made and really strong but soft for their comfort. Will buy again.
