Life saver for back pain and height adjustment when driving. My sister has an older one that she, obviously, loves and recommends. I searched long and hard and decided on this one forgetting what brand she had. It seems to hold shape very well. I wish the bumps on the bottom were better at keeping it from sliding on leather upholstery getting in and out of the car so I'm always having to adjust it. A small price to pay for comfort and visability.

I purchased another back pillow from this company some years ago. It has held up very well. The firmness and quality of the back pillow prompted me to purchase this seat cushion from the same company. It arrived today and is just as nice as my previous pillow. It is thick and firm and provides sufficient support for back comfort. It helps to ease the pain from a recent fall. Would recommend this company for quality cushions.

Im impressed with the first use of this product for my sciatica pain which I mainly encounter during long drives (mainly due to my sitting posture wherein I unintentionally put more pressure on my butts).I was skeptical to get this at first since I was confused among the many options available out there from braces to what not including this and their effectiveness.I took this pillow with me on a drive from mid west to the east coast which was about 18 hours of drive one way (with an overnight stop in between and some coffee breaks) and 13 while returning(couple of coffee breaks here as well).To my surprise this pillow was really nice in supporting my posture and I completed the trip with no pain that usually would shoot up in my right leg all the was down the hamstring as soon as I drive for a couple of hours.The pillow raised the height of the drivers seat but not by much and it was no problem.I did had to adjust the pillow a couple of times to the desired position but its not a deal breaker for me given the fact that it did help me complete my trip with no issues.I have given 4 stars as this was just my first trip with it and I still need to test it out a couple of more times to make sure it works as intended also the pillow was firm during my trip thanks to the memory foam however I did read some reviews that it goes softer after some uses so I still need to test that out as well.As of now I would recommend people with sciatica pain (especially while driving) to give it a try as this is way better than strapping a brace around your waist!!

I prefer my Aylio cushion. I use the ComfiLife primarily for travel because, even at 134 lbs, it does flatten out.It's fine for short periods of time, but for longer sittings I'd go with a different cushion. The Aylio is better for my desk job. I am noticing a little flattening after 2 months, but I believe that is the memory foam memorizing . . . . Perhaps the ComfiLife simply remembers faster than the Aylio because the Comfilife flattens sooner? They're different materials all around. The ComfiLife is a softer exterior and a squishier interior. I appreciate the handle because I can easily move it from the car to the truck to the doctor's office, or wherever else I might be expecting to sit for more than 15 minutes. My hands are usually full so it's helpful to be able to hold the cushion with one finger. 20190714 Update: Do yourself a favor - ScotchGuard it! I did and I'm thankful because this is the one I use in my car and something got on the exterior. I took the cover off and the cushion was untouched. The stuff came right off with a little Shout pretreatment and hardly any scrubbing. I still tossed it in the wash (zipper closed) and then ScotchGuarded it again. Next time I'll try wiping with a damp cloth before I go through the whole rigmarole of removing the cover. I've had this cushion for 22 months now and it's still going strong. I've only had to wash the cover twice and it still looks new. The cushion shows some staining from sweat and the cover rubbing, but otherwise is in excellent condition. I've been 12 months without an arthritic flare up now and I give partial credit to my two cushions, my standing desk, and exercise. Well, a Lot of credit to exercise, but when I don't use my cushions there's a Definite difference in how my joints feel. I can feel it creep into my spine and then radiate to the rest of my back, neck, and shoulders. I even took the Comfilife with me to Costa Rica in March of 2018 because it offers so much relief, and it's the one with the handle.

This is a very comfortable cushion which has improved my back pain when I sit in my favorite chair! Highly recommend trying it.

The ComfiLife seat cushion did not disappoint. So easy to use and the cushion covering is a great help in giving my back an extra warm hug. As I said before Seating Bliss.

For anybody above say 60 years of age or anybody with lower back issues this product is an absolute must. It does everything the manufacturers tell you and more...! I suffer from chronic back pain and since I put it on my car seat the results have been wonderful. I would not remove it for the world! I suggest that this cushion could (and probably should) be used by anybody as a preventive measure especially if you do a lot of driving. It is also very comfortable.
