Why might one choose the 2 head model vs 1 head model?

I personally like the duel model because it cleans more surface area in the same amount of time. The one benefit I noticed from the 1 head model is it cleans behind the molars better because of the smaller profile.

Is this a model that has round spinning brush?

Does the base charge when not plugged in or just hold the toothbrush.

It will take 16 hours for your brush to charge, and the charge will last up to 5 days of brushing, when brushing twice a day for 2 minutes each time. Do the brush heads come in different levels of hard/medium/soft?

No. They are all fairly soft. However, you can try the Sensitive Gum Care brush head if none of the others are soft enough for you. It's extra soft.
