Hasbro Gaming Elefun & Friends Hungry Hungry Hippos Grab & Go Game (Includes 2 Chomping Hippos)

This was perfect! Of course its small but thats to be expected for a travel size game. We have a toddler and she was able to easily figure it out and loves playing it! We especially love that it has a dome over it to keep the balls in, its so nice not to have to chase those around, loose them or worry about our little one choking on one. We havent had any problems with the hippos mouths not opening etc

nice travel game but the game doesn't work as well as the large version, hippo mouths don't seem to open up fall enough to get balls in and the one hippo gets sucks often, also when getting the balls into the playing field they usually go right into the opposite ball dis lodger.

This is awesome as a substitute for the original Hungry Hungry Hippos game. It is a travel version and smaller than the original one. There are only 2 hippos instead of 4, but there is a dome over the game board and the marbles can't fall out. My 4 year old loves this game and I'm glad that he won't lose the marbles to this version.

Should say 0 stars. Crappy parts, looks cheaply made and it’s too small. Not worth it. Wish I could return it but I can’t

My three year old loves this. His friend had the real sized one and he loved that one, but we've got babies around so I didn't want them to choke on the little balls. This is a great compromise because the balls are contained so it is safer for the really little ones. The balls do sometimes get stuck between the plastic cover and the base, but you can push them back with a pen or something.

Who doesn't love this game

Because it is so light it is harder to play. The balls like to fall down into the side holes, it's unstable and therefore more difficult to press the arms to make the hippos work, and when they are depressed the hippos mouths don't always open. I bought this for my kids to play on trips. I have started to leave it at home because they get so frustrated that they end up more grouchy and harder to deal with then before I gave it to them as a distraction. I think I will just buy the full sized version instead and make my own dome to keep the marbles in it.

The children liked this! It kept them busy while on vacation and while traveling. This is a perfect size for little hands. The balls stay within the plastic dome, so there is absolutely no fear about either losing them, or a younger child swallowing them. Perfect game!

Nice product for my child looks good for 2 people to play.. The eyes lit up when the 4-year-old opened this birthday present. Playing with it was a bit frustrating, however. The pieces are very cheaply made and "stick" so that the hippos' mouths don't opened well. I also think it would be quite breakable/
