I needed a good ice pack because I had a pulled groin muscle. It was very hard to use the common ice packs, so I purchased this based on a review and I was very happy because it’s made from clay. Even after having it in the freezer, the covering was not uncomfortable at all to use even though it was cold. I like the fact that it is clay, so it is very flexible. I think this is a great product because you can really put it in places where a Cold pack using ice would never fit. I’m very happy with it.

The size and flexibility are much better than ones that I have purchased previously. The cover is a soft flannel and very comfortable when using it.

According to the instructions it’s supposed to be cold enough in two hours. No, I’ve left it overnight and it still not cold. It’s uncomfortable to place on any part of my body because of its size. No pain relief.

Quality product fast service

Doesn't get very warm and not very flexible. The cloth covering smelled like strong chemicals.
