Easy install great product

My original pickup rear glass struts would not hold up the glass like it should, ordered the Vepagoo struts, I received them the next day after ordering, they were easy to install and they hold up my rear cap glass up like it should! Highly recommend!

So great! I should have bought this item much sooner my truck cap no longer smacks me on the top of the head. Worth every cent and getting the 24 lb means that it stays up even in the wind.

My error. Should have bought higher rated struts..

Installed easily onto my existing Weatherguard hardware. I replaced the original struts on a saddle box with model number 120-03-01 which best i could tell used the 7250-2PK struts. These replacements were just a hair shorter, but I made it work. My only regret is not choosing the 60 lb vs the 40. I can barely tell a difference between this set and the OEM. Would have exchanged/returned these but cranking on the nut probably blemishes the paint job. My lid is listed at 24 pounds and the 40 didn’t have the “burst” i was looking for; replacing them only let me know that the OEM’s were functioning. I was hoping the lid would rise out of the latches when the button was depressed, allowing easier one-hand operation. Can’t deduct stats for my miscalculations. For the price, i got what i ordered and it seems to be good quality.

Fit perfectly and an easy swap. Perhaps a bit stronger than the original but work just fine. I have a stabilus strut-mounted switch for the light in my topper and I did have to glue the plastic "dust sleeve" on top of the cylinder in place or it tended to come loose and a stick inside the switch. So, if you have that same kind of switch, this WILL work but you may need to glue the cap or adjust the tightness of the switch for it to work perfectly.

So far so good (after one week)! Great replacement and much better price than the original. Time will tell how long they last.
