Both ActivIce and Fast Freeze came in the same box. No problem there but the top cover of Fast Freeze was off and loose in the box. The possibility of uncovered Fast Freeze pressing during shipment and loss of product. Same could be said of any spray. A good thing is that the ActivIce was carefully packaged in an air-filled plastic otherwise it would have possibly suffered the same effects. I have used both products and I like them both. They help when my sciatica kicks up.

Medline ActivICE Spray Cooling Gel is a great spray for minor bone or muscle pain. I first was introduced to Medline activICE when it was given to me by a friend. It contains many homeopathic ingredients and when you spray it on, it has a very cooling effect. It’s effective for as I said, minor aches and pains. I used it for my elbows. I had a slight tendinitis on the elbows and I would sprayed on my elbows nightly. It helped relieved the soreness and allowed me to sleep better. So as I’m not a doctor, and since this is not heavy duty medication, but more homeopathic, I would recommend it to anyone having minor aches, and pains, and wants some relief.

If you are in pain as I am, this product is for you. It has worked great for me. We had been getting from our over-the-counter products through our insurance. Will definitely keep buying.
