Will this treat pain associated with a pinched nerve? If not, what will?

I have osteo arthritis with associated pains here and there on my body, Yes it relieves my pain. my only con would be how hard to push the "on" button to get the "icy" out of the can. my husband must do this for me. i do love the product though.
