I’ve used this paddle for a couple of weeks now, and have to say that it’s the best bang for the buck on the market today!I bought one a few months ago on the recommendation of a player who favorably compared it to a far more expensive paddle, but found it not to my liking and kept it in my bag for others to use.When the new paddle came out, I was determined to give it a fair trial, leaving my trusty Paddletek Tempest Pro in the bag.Several games into the trial I realized that I was playing as well with this paddle as I did with my Tempest Pro. A few more days and it was my go-to paddle. I’m betting that if both paddles were painted the same for a blind test, I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.This is a great paddle with a great price. I plan to buy several more to give to new players and friends who already play, it’s that good!

As promised in a previous review, I would return and give an update. I have been using the Oiosen paddle exclusively now for about two weeks. When compared to other much more expensive paddles, the Oiosen paddle is impressive. The best compliment I can give, is that I forget it is in my hand when I am playing. My previous paddle (an Engage Encore Pro) I loved for its feel on hits and control; the Oiosen measures up to those criteria. To further demonstrate the playability of the Oiosen paddle to myself, I will occasionally change back to the Encore Pro just to see if I can tell the difference...It plays the same. I did modify my Oiosen slightly by adding two ¼” x 1’ strips of Tourna lead tape to the outer top edge guard of the paddle. That modification added a bit more stability and more feel for me (added only .2oz). I want to say that paddles are very personal and making a slight modification such as I described is common among players. It made a very good paddle even better. My doubles partner has bought one too.

Mid tier racket in my opinion. Wish it had a little bit of texture as some higher end rackets seem to have. But it works great and for all but the serious tournament players this racket is enough.

What I LOVE about these paddles is the price in comparison to the other major pickleball paddles such as Selkirk, Engage, Paddletek, Onix, Prince (made by Paddletek), Head, and Kennex. These major paddles are $85 to upto $160 per paddle.OIOSEN Graphite 1.0 is USAPA Approved like the other major paddles but OISEN is only $45.99--WOW!!!So, if a person who starts pickleball as a beginner for the FIRST time, there is NO Need to purchase an $85 to $160 dollar paddles --BUY this paddle and you will ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!I do, and I have WON a Gold Medal using this paddle in the 50 plus age group Men's Doubles at the 4.0 skill level.TRY IT!!! If you do not like it, you have ONLY spent $45.99 whereas if you purchase an $85 to $160 paddle and you do NOT like it that is A LOT to spend for a NEW Beginner. For advanced players, this OIOSEN Graphite 1.0 has the FEEL or Touch, Control, POWER, and Solid OVER ALL playability! I RECOMMEND IT with a 200% confidence!If you do NOT like it after using it several times, give me a call and tell me WHY? For the price and for the quality--OIOSEN Graphite 1.0 is the paddle of choice of many 4.0 skill level players and I believe would be with Beginners and NOVICES!
