these are the clamps that came up for tightening down the crossover flange on a JK unlimited . they are too small and the bolts are too small to do the job. I tried all sorts of approaches. Flat out dont fit

Very well-made and thought-out product. These were used to remedy rusty/thin flanges on my 2000 Frontier and 2001 Xterra's exhaust systems and worked GREAT. By using these I saved the cost of replacing four expensive pipes that had lots of life left but would not seal tightly against the gaskets because the flanges were shot. Note that the exhaust systems I mention above may require two different sizes (this and the 17149 variety) depending on which pipe joints need fixing.

This product worked great on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler JK. I needed to buy two since the original flange bolts rusted away. I also needed longer bolts to reach both flanges. I went with stainless. The split flange bent a little bit since it didn't fit perfectly flat against the original flange, most likely due to the fact that part of the original rusted bolt was still present on the old flange. The need for longer bolts and the fact that it bent under torque are the only reasons that I did not give it 5 stars. Otherwise, it seems to be a great product.

Worked very well to replace rusted flange, be sure to use a new gasket to get a tight seal. Also compatible with factory hanger if you clean it up and re weld.
