Perfect
Perfect for my 2006 jeep liberty. Pops the glass right up with a touch of the button. Have to use 2 hands to close now.

Work well
Went from the glass door coming down and hitting me in the back of the head to possible decapation when these spring into action. They work great and we’re easy to install.

Powerful, affordable, and sturdily built. Makes the rear window hatch behave like new!
I'm not sure whether these are meant to open a rear window, or to launch an ejection seat out of a fighter jet! But WOW... there is power in these things!Installation was easy, the product seems sturdy, and it has significantly improved the opening of the back window. The previous set (original on my 2006 Jeep Liberty) were barely able to open the window halfway. If I moved the window fully open, the old ones would hold it open, but gradually 'sink' down, and I've smashed my forehead into the edge of the glass a few times when turning around and loading things into the trunk, thinking that the hatch was still open. This has immediately resolved that problem, and my forehead scars are now healing.I've noticed that closing the window has become more difficult, especially when trying to pull down from the edge of the glass; it almost feels like the glass will shatter when lowered from the edge. When lowering from the center of the window it is still stiff, but manageable. If you have any difficulty with strength or pull-down motions however, be aware that this could be difficult. The only problem I've found since having these installed (about 3 weeks now) is that the end of the support bar that connects to the car seems to have a socket that is slightly too large for the ball joint that fits into it from the vehicle's frame. The socket at the end of the support bar that connects to the window itself fits fine and looks to be exactly the same size as the socket on the original. On the car-end though, the socket on the Arana bar is visibly larger than on the original (see photos), and it wobbles and can come off with a stiff pull even without loosening the clamp. I was worried about it at first - that it might come off under load - but the pressure of the piston pushing up on the glass seems to be enough to keep it in place. I'm not sure how well this will hold up when the parts start to wear, but for now they seem to be staying put.**Note: apologies for the quality of the photos (and for the dirt on the parts... the Arana parts were shipped clean and new!); I put them on, noticed the fit/wobble issue, and removed them to take the pictures. It was a bit rainy out when I did this, so I didn't bother to take the time to clean them or set the photo settings perfectly. The photos are just meant to illustrate the size difference between the socket hole on the frame end of the support bars. The size is perfectly matched and secure on the glass end for both.

fit fine, They really are strong compared to the ones that were in there. Took a little time because the mounting ball brackets had rust in them on the jeep, [a 2006 in Minnesota] even so only took about 15 min to install.

1 out of 4 fittings were wrong.
3 out of 4 fittings were correct. The 4th fitting was for a much larger thread size. Could not return them since I only had the car for a few days that my daughter was in town, so I had to use a fitting from the OE strut that was pretty well worn and forced a cross-thread. It won’t last, but was my only option at the time. If they would have installed the fittings, they would have seen that the 4th fitting would not have worked and would have shipped from the factory with 100% good quality.

Holy Crap!
Holy Crap! These things make the back window POP open! I just bought a 2005 Jeep Liberty and the back window struts were barely opening the window when I clicked the key fob to open it... I put these in and BAM! The window opens like lightning. Yes, it's a bit harder to close, but who cares... these are great... full of power and affordable. A great, cheap way to improve an ageing Jeep Liberty!!!

Missing part
Had these for a month. They operate as expected. Would give the product 5/5 except that one of the four the screw on end pieces had a different, incompatible thread.Fortunately, the correct thread was the same as the replaced parts and I was as to salvage one of those.

Very easy to install
Good quality product, very easy to install, even people think that they can’t do that kind of thing on their car I’m telling you really it is easy do not go to mechanic to get this done as they will charge you a fortune and only takes 15 minutes at heart. Just go on YouTubeAnd it will show you how to remove your old ones, which is very easy it’s just two clips to pop off.
