Good quality, fits perfectly.
Worked perfectly with my Dell monitor to attach to a monitor arm. Very sturdy item, not cheap feeling.

Exactly what I needed!
I bought this for my new Dell SE2719HR monitor, which has a non-standard mounting bracket. It came with the nuts and bolts needed to mount onto my 3rd party adjustable monitor stand. The monitor clicked right into place and is study enough to hold my monitor. Bonus: Made in Canada, not Communist China!

A word of warning since you don't have VESA holes in the back of your monitor
I'm using this adapter with a Dell SE2719H monitor, it's 27" and 10 pounds. This 3-pronged slide insert design is fine if you're using a desk pedestal stand, but it's very unstable on a swing arm mount, particularly the tilt function. With my tilt function cinched down tight and the monitor perfectly vertical, there's about 2 inches of wobble at the top. There's a gap between the monitor and the VESA plate causing this. Too much weight resting on those little prongs. Over time the monitor leans forward and I have to readjust with an allen wrench. I tried filling the gap with an object and gorilla gluing it to the back of the monitor, that didn't work. Here's what DID work: I disassembled everything, took the adapter plate and hammered the 3 vertical prongs back by about 30 degrees I'd say (make sure the prongs stay parallel to one another for insertion). When reinserted into the monitor, the top edge of the adapter is actually touching the monitor, no more wobble gap. Attach the bottom VESA nuts and bolts first. When doing the top, the monitor will hold the nut in place until you get the screw started. Then wedge your fingers or pliers in between to hold the nut while tightening. The top VESA bolts are acting as a standoff, bracing against the monitor (see photo). The end result I can say is much more stable.

Way to go Gladiator Joe!!!
One of these monitors had a VESA mount. The other is using a Gladiator Joe adapter. Can you tell the difference? The adaptor went on easily. It does exactly what it claims to do. In case you were wondering, the monitor on the right is using the adapter.

Aluminum? Too weak.
You can bend the L-shaped portion with just your fingers. This is too weak. Makes me wonder if it is actually steel.

Gladiator Joe Monitor Arm/Mount...
Worked as intended. Managed to mount my monitor against the walls to create work space on my desk. Good product

Not What I'd Hoped For
The bracket needs some stability. When tilting the screen, I immediately bent this clip, and I bent it back with my bare hands. That tells you how easily the thing bends. it shouldn't bend at all. Other adapters like this have a cross-piece of some kind of stabilizer between the plates. Thins one has a two-inch piece of metal that is just not as thick as it needs to be. Due to that one design flaw, it also wobbles like a drunken sailor. When i type, the monitor shakes. I've had to remove the adapter and buy another type.

Rock solid mount for my Dell SE2719HR
Works exactly as I hoped. Very firm mount to my Dell SE2719HR monitor and connects easily to my dual monitor stand. I notice NO wobble as some other reviews have mentioned; perhaps they did not seat the mount all the way down until it locks. There is a good amount of space between the monitor and the adapter, so you can get at the lock release hole if you need to remove the monitor

Fits very well but it's not very solid
Love the fit and design but the metal is not stiff enough. it is quite springy and if your desk is not rock solid, your monitor will wobble at every bit of movement.

Strong and reliable
The steel is thick and strong to hold my 29" Dell LCD, its expensive though but also reliable to hold your expensive monitor.
