Coming from a professional builder here who uses flashing tapes all the time. It's is a decently good tape. Better than most but nowhere near the adhesion of zip tape that's been rolled. I used this on a quick remodel where Tyvek home wrap was used so I decided to try it out with the total system it was designed for. It's been installed for about 5 weeks now awaiting siding and some gaps have formed between the butyl and Tyvek. Like I said decent but I'll stick with zip system of full fluid applied for my larger jobs.

Happy with my purchase and the quality of this flashing tape. I have used other brands in the past which had issues adhering... People then suggest using 3M spray adhesive to promote adhesion... I don't need numerous steps just to make flashing tape adhere... Im happy with the way this worked and I don't question it will hold up and do its intended job. Would absolutely purchase this again for future installs.

This flashing actually sticks where most others dont and it feels like solid quality! Is great to work with and so easy

This tape is like glue sticks to everything! Great window seal tape no air will be coming threw at these joints

Strong, pliable and very sticky. Used it to seal the gap between a cement slab and wood framing on the exterior to prevent for water intrusion. Also for window install sealing and water protection.

Simple and effective method of creating a moisture proof seal.

Didn’t work as expected. I installed this as per manufacturers recommendations (proper temperature and use of a roller) and the tape has not adhered properly. It hasn’t stayed adhered at the edges and I’ve had to apply sealant to ensure that it will work as designed. Super disappointing, considering the price! I bought 6 rolls!

This tape does the job but it's thinness makes me worry about how well it seals around penetrations.

Good product, but I found Resisto's equivalent at my local hardware store for literally a fraction of the price... which made me feel bad about paying over 100$ for tape!!
