I've found this to be a great burner so far. The small charcoal plate grate is handy and the tongs are useful for adjusting bakhoor/incense. The unit looks smart sitting upon a counter too. Glad I purchased this.

This is a beautiful product. Highly decorated and functional. Charcoal ventilates well. I have another one, different but similar style, same manufacturer. Highly recommended with fast delivery service. Well worth the money.

It is lovely. It has a good weight and the decoration is not overly elaborate or gaudy. I'm really glad I bought it. There was no problems with the sale, and the burner arrived very quickly and well packaged. Would definitely recommend.

I was thrilled when this arrived in the mail. excellent quality, sturdy and attractive. Sadly i had to return it because it just gave off way too much smoke for my little room. This is designed for the masjid or people who don't mind filling their house with enormous plumes of heavy smoke, or those with very large rooms they want to fragrance! But in terms of quality this is as good as anything you might buy in Morocco, Arabia or Asia just a lot more expensive! This is made for pro-level, High Powered incemse burning only. It's a shame i had to return it because its a gorgeous piece of art.

I loved the look of the burner and was excited to use it. However after the first couple of uses the paint melts leaving a sticky residue on the inside of the lid. Also the lid cracked from the heat of thw charcoal. Would not reccomend

Cheep looking & poor paint job. Disappointed it looked tatty.

Loved the design but tiny bit disappointed as it wasn’t balance on its 4 legs. Didn’t want to go through hassle of sending back to get new one. Had to find a solution to make it straight but aside of that very nice addition to my decoration

Don't buy this product. It can't handle the heat of the charcoal and it melts the lid of the censer. I ended up not using the lid, Should have just bought the cheaper cast iron without a lid

This is Amazing! It is so Regal looking , looks great with my white furniture. I love the look and it is very sturdy material. Does not look cheap, worth the extra Money$$. I love my Bakhoor and this is so great with my charcoal and all of my Bakhoor. I use daily. The inside has a great little catch plate. I did notice the top of this did get some smoke stain, it is black, not a big deal it doesn't show on outside. My inside plate got a bit dirty because I used a incense cone and it made it dirty. So now I have a small gold dish next to it for cones, see pic.... Wish I could get a replacement for my inside plate? maybe I will ask owner. Otherwise. LOVE this. So nice.

I loved the look of this incense burner. I had loose frankincense resin and wanted something that coul take the charcoal disc to put under the resin to release the incense. I bought this hoping it would. I took the lid off and there was a perforated round tray for the resin and a separate cup for the charcoal disc. There is a screw holding this cup in place. I took that off and took a picture at each step. Under the cup with a wooden peg in the middle to hold up the cup with air space to dissipate the heat so as not to ruin the incense censor. It works great! Get it and enjoy!
