Super fine powder that mixes in well. Used this to make lactation cookies and you can’t taste it. Happy to find a bag that didn’t have a prop 65 warning as well. Will purchase again when I run out.

I put this in a salt shaker and dust it on my cats food cause she loves the umami. She won’t eat a meal without her “special sauce” lol. It has vitamins that are beneficial as well. I discovered she loved this when I bought it and ahe destroyed the bag to eat it, which she never does. After enoufh research I found it can be beneficial for cats

To make my own lactation treats, I got quite a few special ingredients. This brewers yeast is very easy to work with and definitely helps, but beware - it tastes like feet (I haven’t tasted feet, but let’s just say it tastes like what I think feet would taste like). In good news, that taste can be masked, so you’re good to go!

This helped my milk supply significantly. When mixed well, it does don’t have any taste. Worth the money. I used it for both my kids while I was on my nursing journey and it worked wonders.

I used this brewers yeast for my chocolate chip lactation cookies. Maybe it's the brewers yeast, maybe it is all the vitamins and minerals, maybe it is the fact that I am actually eating something 😅, but my supply definitely jumps up when I make these. It doesn't have a bad taste at all. I don't notice it in my cookies, and I tried it in a shake with no issues on tasting it either. I tried a different brand (my husband bought by mistake) and it was not good at all. This is my go to for my lactation recipes.
