Crispy onion is really tasty and easy to add in dishes to cook

I was skeptical based on the reviews which varied greatly. My opinion is that the taste is bland at first. The more you chew the better the onion flavor. The texture is great, not too crispy and not too greasy. The pieces are nice size, not too small. The cost is a bit much but that is the case with gluten free items. Happy to have found this. The expiration date is 2027.

Good flavor lacks the saltiness but nice to be able to eat something that you can’t seem to find in stores. The product is sealed well and the size of the bag was great for the money!

These are excellent. Not oily. Aroma released when dropped on hot oil. They are just like real onions that are fried at home but take a fraction of the time. Perfect for salans, bhagars, chaval, Haleem and biryani.

I got these because the fried onions you get in the grocery store have gluten. I wanted to make a green bean casserole and I needed gluten free onions along with the gluten free cream of mushroom soup. I found the flavor a little lacking, but I’m only comparing them to Lipton onions that I used to be able to eat, until I could no longer have gluten. Also some of the fried onions were a little hard or sometimes chewy. They didn’t have as much of an onion flavor in the casserole.

I've been pretty hardcore keto for the past few years due to health reasons and buy these for my homemade green bean casserole (with homemade cream of mushroom soup). I top the casserole (& all kinds of other things) with these delicious crispy fried onions. I love that they have no breading, just the quality high-oleic sunflower oil and onions (or salted if you prefer). I didn't even know they had a salted version but I've never missed the salt as my dishes are plenty salted. Next time I may try it though. I've purchased the 8oz pack twice, the 1lb bag 3 times, and I just finally bought the 2lb bag for the best value & since I'm hooked for life. So far I haven't had a single bad batch and I think the few bad reviews there are must've been a fluke. I always send them straight to the freezer where I store them and they pretty much last indefinitely in there. This most recent 2lb bag I split into several 4oz freezer bags so I have them already pre-portioned out. Try these! I hope you'll love them as much as I do!

Good gluten free alternative. Very oniony. I add it to casseroles. Will reorder.
