Hinged Knee Brace for Men and Women, Knee Support for Swollen ACL, Tendon, Ligament and Meniscus Injuries (Large)

After trying so many braces, I finally found the one, I suffer from Osteoarthritis in both knee, and also have bakers cyst on both knee so finding the right brace is very important, I ordered this brace in September and an now able to review after wearing it for some time, the brace is a solid brace, that supports the knee very well, I am able to walk feeling fully supported it doesn't drop down, it stays in position, and is comfortable to wear, I have larger legs and the fit is fine, the lady Liz from the company emails you to find out how your getting on with brace, and if there's a problem you can email them, I haven't had a problem so far with the brace, but your reassured that this is a good company to purchase from. Good and solid for when first injured and supports the knee really well. Only downside is it's bulky and I am unable to wear for work.

Exactly as described fits comfortably and gives good stability.

So it fits well and can be fastened very tight but I feel for the metal hinges to actully stop you knee from buckling you would need to strap it so tight it will stop you circulation. But i don't want to give all bad it really does make my knee feel alot more supported and is pretty comfortable I feel more confident to walk on the knee as I do feel much more stable with it on . I would 100% recommend it but I could not feel confident to say it will stop you knee from buckling . Hope this helps you with your decision. Also seems well made but I will add I've only had it a couple of hours so this review is abit premature

Normally I wouldn't recommend a product like this after just on day. A little background. My knees were in pain, especially the second part of the day. I have a active job as a nurse and I also train in powerlifting and strongman. The knees were popping loudly every time I stood up or sat down/kneeled for something with no exception. Every turn there was a sharp pain. I bought these braces based on a quick google search and these appeared as the best budget ones. They arrived at 12 in the afternoon. I put them one around 1PM and since then, not even once did I feel any pain or heard any pops. I was even intentionally kneeling for stuff even though they were at bending reach just to see but still great. First impressions were not good to say the least ( having no previous means of compare ). In my mind the hinge was to weak, the braces didn't have any pressure on the knee area, they were quite loose aeound the kneecaps but I said I will try for a few days and if not, will return them. Blown away, night and day difference in my mobility. Very comfortable to wear, breathable and even though they are on the larger sise they were not very obvious under my trainer pants. During the day I only slightly adjusted them once after about 5 hours, time in which I went to the gym, went shopping and drove the car. Can't say how log they will last as far as the velcro goes or the elastic or the fabric but for the price, it is well worth even a single day pain free and fully mobile. I am only 29 YO so for me it was a big problem and embarrassing also every time I stood up to make a louder noise than some of my patients.

Should have probably got the size smaller but works well having no acl has stopped giving way since using this

J’ai acheté cette genouillère Bodyprox suite à une fragilité au ligament croisé, et la différence avec une attelle classique est flagrante. Si vous cherchez un produit qui stabilise réellement l'articulation tout en vous permettant de rester mobile, c'est un excellent choix. Ce que j'ai trouvé vraiment performant : Les charnières articulées : C'est le point fort du produit. Elles empêchent le genou de "partir" sur les côtés (mouvements latéraux dangereux) tout en guidant parfaitement la flexion. On se sent vraiment soutenu et en sécurité pour reprendre la marche ou de petites activités. Le design ouvert derrière le genou : C'est un détail très intelligent. Comme le tissu ne s'accumule pas dans le pli du genou, c'est beaucoup plus confortable lors de la flexion et ça évite les irritations dues à la transpiration. Le maintien rotulien : L'anneau en gel au centre stabilise bien la rotule et soulage la pression. Ça aide énormément à diminuer la douleur lors de l'effort. Les sangles ajustables : Le système de velcros permet de régler la compression précisément. On peut la serrer un peu plus lors d'une séance de rééducation et la desserrer pour le repos. Petit conseil sur la taille : Prenez bien le temps de mesurer votre tour de cuisse comme indiqué dans le guide des tailles. Comme elle est articulée, il faut qu'elle soit bien ajustée pour que les charnières soient parfaitement alignées avec votre articulation. En résumé : Un produit robuste, de qualité médicale, qui redonne confiance. Elle est un peu plus volumineuse qu'une genouillère simple, mais c'est le prix à payer pour une protection réelle des ligaments et du ménisque. Très bon rapport qualité-prix !
