Perfect for hominy
I made hominy twice. Love the taste. Added with the coconut milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and the condensed milk, the final taste was excellent.

Not whole kernels
I was looking for whole kernel hominy so could make corn nuts at home. Item description does not indicate the kernels are broken up. Pictures on Amazon mane or look like it's whole kernel hominy. I cannot return due to Amazon's return policy. Very disappointed that I wasted money.
