In terms of actual comfort/healing provided by this device, it very much soothes pain associated with the inguinal ligament. However this support is in no way able to be worn under clothes as is stated in the description, at least not subtly. The 2 plastic tabs on the hips where the straps connect make wearing pants impossible. Also, the under leg and back strap hang out, so it'd be difficult to tuck them into pants. The only real way to use this is under really loose clothing, or at home if you're not planning on anyone seeing you. :P

This has been a life saver. It’s perfect for women. My doctor never told me about a hernia belt. When I found out about them, I kept finding odd shaped ones for men (as they get inguinal hernias more often than women). So, this was a great find. The adjustment straps are a bit annoying as the main band is tightened by a loop that constantly shifts. Otherwise, the support is excellent. Kind of bulky, so I have to wear sweats or large skirts to use it out the house. But great value and works well.

One please let people know the entire box and instructions are in an Asian language. Also parts of the belt were missing to keep it on. Amazon is great for returns thankfully
