Purple power! I placed this injector into an empty tank before filling it with regular gas. My suv only has just over 40,000 miles on it, however proper and routine maintenance is key to any vehicle. I just had my 40,000 mile factory check up and they found ZERO ISSUES with the car. I believe the fuel injector and cleaner gave it just a little more pep in my step and had me cruising down the highway without worry. Definitely a good product to help keep any troubles at bay. I'd recommend doing this about once every six month or so, or if you feel your car being sluggish. It's better to be over cautious then let problems build. Every time I take my 2015 Kia Sorento to the dealership for an oil change they try to press me into buying fuel injection treatments, claiming ethanol fuel caused build up. I never buy their fuel injection treatment. Now that my car is 5 years old I decided it may actually need some fuel injection cleaning. My Kia just hasn't been as peppy as it was in it's younger days. I searched Amazon for a product with good reviews and in my price range. I decided to try this because so many people mentioned PEA in the formula, which is what the dealership said their product had. I tried this over two weeks ago when I filled up my vehicle. After about 3 days it did seem like my engine was running smoother. Some of the peppy came back, and the idle was smoother. I was so surprised that I decided to run this treatment through my engine down to the last drop. For 10 days I drove as usual and things just got better and better. I never run my car down to the point the fuel light comes on, but I did this time. When I went to fill up I noticed that my MPG went from 20 to 22! I was worried that when I filled up with new fuel all the positive improvements would fade away. Well, I'm through another tank of gas and things are still great. I think I will start adding this every time I get an oil change just to keep the age off my fuel injectors. I then added it to my 2007 Jeep Patriot that has gone almost undriven for 6 months. WOW! This helped improve the idle so much that I feel like it's purring now. It also helped calm some engine pinging that was occurring. I'm happy with my purchase and will buy again for all my vehicles!
