Super fresh and delicious. I can feel the magic immediately. I looooove that this is vacuum packed!

The vegan bacon
These are full of umami, with a mild saltiness and nori flavor. They are decent sized flakes with a little chew. We enjoy these sprinkled on rice or stir fry for extra umami. Lightly toasted in the toaster oven, crisps them up, increases their flavor, and makes them taste a little like bacon bits.

very large flakes and a very strong smell
I've never had the smell be so strong or the flakes be so large. Sadly I can't return these.

Surprised with outcome
Love the packaging. It was shipped along with some smelly fabric softener and I was sure it was ruined because of it. I waited a couple of days and I could not tell. Very pleased with the dulse.
