I have my own office and I use both my cell phone and my office phones to make calls. I needed some type of headset to use with my iPhone and after researching, I chose this one from Wantek. It is well-priced and it turns out to be really good with my cell phone. The sound is very clear and distinct, and everyone talking me says it is really good sound. The last feature I like is that this phone has the option to hear your own voice when you are talking. We have all spent our entire lives talking on the telephone and we always hear our own voice. But many modern headsets do not have this feature and I find it very unsettling, it seems like I am far away in the woods somewhere. You can choose to turn this feature on or off, but I really prefer to hear my voice when I am on the phone.

I oversee operations in a call-centric department for a Florida non-profit, and in a push to modify our operating strategy to that of a true call center, I purchased this headset as a proof-of-concept model for upline management. This headset works great with the Plantronics Vista M22 Amplifier with Quick Disconnect, and the padding on both earpieces is sturdy yet comfortable. The microphone is sensitive enough to pick up even the slightest whisper from the call agent, but background noise is not heard at all. All in all, it's a great product and a cost-effective way to get Plantronics-quality equipment without having to pay Plantronics prices - an absolute must-buy!

Run a Solo Customer Service organization, using the headset all day taking and making calls to Customers, Suppliers and misc Vendors, Comfort very important and it meets my requirements. Only one draw back is the switch between on and off slide very easily and I have missed calls because switch is wrong position, Low tech solution is I taped the switch to be permanently ON. Next revision of item should include lock on switch

Have been using it for about a year on a Cisco 8811 phone. It works well and fits over my head without undue pressure. A good solid buy.

Comfortable but I ended up returning them because they didn't drowned out the noise at work I work in a busy call center

It took me way too long to reach out to a vendor to ask if a headset would work with my phone which is not listed on any headset on Amazon. I emailed sales at Wantek and got a response less than 24 hours later. I placed my order and got the headset in my hands the next day. It works with a Vertical Wave phone 5000i with no issues - extremly plug and play. Dont hesitate to ask about a random phone. My neck and shoulder are jacked from holding the the phone to my ear while typing. The calls I have made today vary in clarity, but that is more the nature of the phone and internet. Some calls are clearer than ever, so i would say it is better than the regular hand set.

These plugged into my ShoreTel 230 headset jack and I thought they worked pretty well on a test call to my mobile phone. But everyone I spoke to after that complained that my voice was cutting in and out. When I switched to speakerphone or the phone's handset, audio was fine. I've ordered a replacement and will update this if they work. UPDATE: The replacement works great. Good audio quality, and no one has complained about my mic. Upgraded my rating from 2 to 3 stars.

The lobby is large. An absolute echo chamber. Add to it lots of people chatting loudly, dogs barking loudly and often uncontrollably, cats crying out, you can’t take a phone call to save your life. Add to it an older phone with poor call quality and I have tinnitus and some hearing loss. That is why I chose a dual muff headset and this has been an absolute game changer on call quality and noise control. Smartest thing I could’ve done for my job and sanity!

Crystal clear speech, comfortable when in use can be worn without discomfort

I work in a call center, wear hearing aids, and have frequent ear infections due to allergies and driness. This headset is wonderful, very comfortable. With it's own volume control, between the amp box that the headset plugs into along with my hearing aids, I can hear the customers over the phone with no issues at all. Even when there is alot of back ground noise, and they have me on speaker phone. I need a double headset to cover both ears when I am taking calls due to call centre volume of people around me taking calls, and the noise level from customer side. These are noise canceling and are a heaven sent for the hearing impaired.

The headset appears to be working great after initially experiencing some background noise. It's clear, comfortable, and the quick release is definitely worth the extra money.

Although the product description did not state that the headphones would work with my Plantronics model (S11), I took a chance and ordered them anyway. The original headphones only had a single earpiece and I was looking for something with both left/right earpieces. I also wanted the quick disconnect option. I did pose a question as to whether these headphones would work with the S11, but didn't get the answer back until after I ordered. The supplier didn't think they would work. However, to my delight, they seem to work very well. Sound quality is excellent. Hope this helps someone else with the Plantronics S11 base unit who just needs a new headset.
