Very nice quality cable

There are a lot of cheaper MIDI cables on the market and as they don’t carry audio through these cables you may wonder if it’s worth spending more. I found the build on this cable excellent and also it seems to be very low latency which means accurate clock sync for me and true MIDI data received by my other MIDI device. This particular cable links my Roland TB-3 and TR-6S drum machine but it’s compatible with all MIDI devices with the DIN connectors. Not cheap but I have confidence it will serve faithfully.

Good cable. I'm glad I paid the extra to get a Gold Series rather than the budget orange one - if only for the fact that the plugs are smaller. The cord is tweed which is a bonus too since the rubber tends to stick to plastic surfaces. Carries the signal well. I'm linking a Volca to a Subsequent37 and soon a TR-08 to Subsequent.
