The active ingredient is Diphenhydramine HCI 25 mg. Inactive ingredients are FD&C Red #3, Gelatin, Lactose, Magnesium Stearate, Polyethylene Glycol, Silicon dioxide and Talc. I asked my doctor if it was safe and he said it was the same ingredient as Benadryl.
