Glad to be able to save a trip to Trader Joe's to get my favorite tea.

I have some newly diagnosed osteoarthritis and I've found that this tea helps with the inflammation. I have no idea why it works, but I've found it helps--it happened by accident. I had some wine with dinner, which I love, and typically the next day I have sore joints in my hands. But, because I had a cup of this tea before bed, the next morning I was fine.
