THE FUNNY THING IS, THE FIRST EVENING I WORE MINE, I SAT IN MY RECLINER, COLORING FOR A FEW OURS, THEN TOOK IT OFF. THE FOLLOWING MORNING, THE MEMORY OF HOW I WAS SUPPOSED TO HOLD MY BACK AND SHOULDERS CAME TO ME IMMEDIATELY AS I STARTED TO WALK, THE EXACT POSITIONING MY PT (A LONG TIME AGO) HAD RECOMMENDED I TRY TO REMEMBER TO MAKE MYSELF DO. I HAVE PD, AND AM STARTING TO "NATURALLY' SLUMP INTO A MOST UNATTRACTIVE BACK POSTURE. MY HOPE IN GETTING THIS WAS TO AVOID ALLOWING MYSELF TO CONTINUE.

I have tried 4 different models. This one is the best. I did not give it a 5 star because nothing is perfect. I have tried models that did not include the waist band. This model has one I would recommend that you have one in any model you purchase. It is much easier to adjust the tension of the shoulder strap as it wraps around to the front and Velcro's in place. I would also comment that the size...XL...actually fits. The other model with the waist band did not. I have a 40" waist.. :o(( and it fits well. I have worn it for 4 plus hours many times and it remains comfortable. I would recommend this product.
