It was used a handful of times and broke down. It turns off on its own or the screen goes black. Worst Television I’ve ever owned.

This tv is nice and works great. The volume is good and loud enough for me.

Good TV. Had a little trouble setting it up but finally got it right. Good for my kitchen fits under the cabinet. Only thing I noticed is the volume level doesn’t go really high. Even on the highest volume of 100 it is OK with the refrigerator ready but I could see where if your kitchen got a little noisy you would have a hard time hearing it. So far it has performed flawlessly.

I bought these for my daughter's room it small but I like it and she loved it. It is a good quality of TV do recommend if you want something small for your kids room.

Terrible quality. Refuses to acknowledge network, even though the network is connected. Constant spinning wheel wheels. Constantly have to reboot. Every time you turn it off, you need to unplug it and plug it back in before it will turn on. None of the troubleshooting that Vizio suggests works. This is a very bad product.

Great value for small screen smart TV. Got this for our garage gym so we can cast our workouts from a phone. Casting feature super easy, speakers work well for our use and the picture is crisp.

There is a frustrating flaw with how the Vizio remote works with Amazon Prime Video. I don't know if the problem is on the part of Vizio, or the Prime Video interface, but it makes it almost impossible to rewind or fast forward when watching Prime Video. (Netflix and Hulu are fine). Spent over an hour on tech support wtih Vizio, and a total of 45 minutes with Amazon tech support. I don't know if the problem is even fixable. It took me a while to figure it out , but basically, to rewind takes 4 seperate steps. Sometime the pause button pauses the video, sometimes selecting pause takes you up a level, and sometimes selecting pause takes you to a closed caption menu. Picture is fine, but sound quality is poor.

Great value works great .Never will i buy a used one on Facebook when i get a warrenty and shipping to by door wit Amazon.

It took close to an hour to set up but once done the picture and sound are excellent

It would be nice to receive a hard copy manual (instructions) instead of trying to bring it up on the TV...picture and sound quality are good...in general it works good in our RV.
