I tried one a day for two months and started to realize all the ways I was feeling relief. Every time I googled Sea Buckthorn Seed Oil & {a symptom}, it turned out that it was yet something else that was a “Possible Benefit of Sea Buckthorn Seed Oil.” I have tried other sources of Omega 3-6-9; but not everything works for me. I react badly to fish. I was using another Sea Buckthorn seed oil, topically, for years; and It was the most amazing thing. {Since it is a Natural Mast Cell Stablizer, it meant it was a great help with “the Idiopathic Hives,” for me.} After years of using it topically, I decided to add it to my supplements. It has been amazing! I believe that it has helped with the “hot flashes” and so much more. I can not do meds, I am “complicated”; so I have to try to find natural ways to manage a long list of disabling genetic disorders. This has been one of the supplement that has been the MOST helpful for me, as a daily supplement. Next month I am hoping to try it twice a day. Since I am a Sensitive Flower, I need things that are a bit on the pure side. I was grateful to find this brand. I am a canary and I would have to say that it seems pure. It has not caused me to have any reactions.

J'ai mis 5 étoiles pour faire plaisir puisque je ne fais que démarrer le traitement donc réponse dans 90 jours puisque je prends 1 gélule le soir. Maintenant, c'est juste 1 gélule parmi 66 autres références soit environ une centaine de gélules ou comprimés à avaler chaque jour avec un verre de soupe bien grasse puisque les légumes sont très alcalins en général. Je surveille mon équilibre acido-basique grâce aux bandelettes "AccuDoctor" achetées sur ce site. Le résultat décide de mon régime alimentaire à suivre. Je fais 2 sorties vélos semaine soit environ 92 kms pour 2100 m de D+. Je fais des siestes régulièrement. J'essaye de manger et de me coucher à horaires réguliers...
