I waited five months to write this review until I gave this indoor grill time to prove how well it would work grilling food as well as stand the test of time. When I first purchased it, I didn’t feel like it was made of quality materials and wasn’t sure how well or how long it would work. As it turned out, after frequent use over a fair period of time, I love this grill and am very happy with the way everything I have cooked on it has turned out. The temperature is controlled by a dial and using the same cooking times as outdoor grilling, steaks, chicken, burgers and pork chops come off the grill juicy inside and perfectly charred on the outside. The size of the grilling area is much larger than other indoor grills that I have had in the past, so it accommodates more food. Also, it is so very easy to clean. The instructions indicate that it is dishwasher safe, but I have chosen to clean it by hand. The grill removes easily from the stand and cleaned using liquid dish soap, water and a sponge. It’s about a five-minute job. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this product.

Heats up quickly and grills beautifully. It leaves nice grill marks on the food. I generally use it on my lanai, and there is very little smoke. It cools down quickly and is very easy to clean. It makes it simple to grill for one or two servings.

Much like grilling, you kind of have to guess where the temp is because there is no indicator to line up your temp control to. Other than that, this has been really nice for counter top cooking. I would have given 5 stars if it would have had a way to know what the temp is at. Very easy to clean, though and has a little kickstand to help the grease run into the catch tray. Overall, good enough for what I use it for!

Works like a charm even heat. Good temperature control. The size was very good enough to make a meal for two very easy to keep clean.

I’ve been using this indoor grill for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a great addition to my kitchen. The grill heats up quickly and reaches solid temperatures, which is enough to get a nice sear on meats and cook food evenly. I’ve made burgers, chicken, and steaks, and everything comes out juicy with good grill marks. Another thing I like is how easy it is to clean. Most indoor grills come with nonstick surfaces and removable parts that are dishwasher-safe, so cleanup is simple.

Very disappointed. First it came in original manufacture box, so there was no added layer of extra safety measures. The box seemed like it was tampered with because of the store bought tape they used.to retape it with. Box had holes, slashes, dents & scratches. Which meant the item inside had the same thing. It seemed like I received a return item. It had scratches, it was chipped, it was broken. Not only that but you are NOT able to change the heat settings. 445 F degrees is the only heat setting that works. So your meat will burn and cook very fast. If you try and change it to a lower temperature, the machine turns off. Now the wire is a foot long so it’s very short and you definitely need an extension chord. I messaged support and I asked them to resend me a new one so hopefully this time the second one works and isn’t broken. If not I’ll have to return both and just buy from a Korean store instead.

Bought this due to the lockdown since we are not able to go into Korean BBQ restaurants at the moment. This works amazing and it heats up fairly quickly and evenly throughout the hot plate! It's great indoors because there is no flames or gas, so it's safe to use around kids and babies. The lid is super convenient to have because it reduces the smoke when covering the cooking food. It does get smokey when you take the lid off, but we just opened our windows and it quickly got rid of the smoke. It is also very lightweight so it's very easy to take it with you for camping.
