I’m not an expert but I wouldn’t purchase this again
I’m not sure, maybe the line is just getting old, but it constantly snaps on me. I use an old roll of some no-name monofilament in its place and it just feels so much stronger. I have a 10 pound monofilament I use as well and it’s also so much stronger. There’s been maybe 10 occasions on which I’ve busted this line just tightening a knot. And at least 5 fish lost to the line snapping. Doesn’t happen with my 10 pound monofilament so I know it’s not me.

Dissaperars in the water
This line is invisible in the water. I put about 10 feet of leader attached to my braided line.My strike ratio went up and I caught more fish than the other guy and he is a bass fishing machine.I might tell him about this line if I catch more than he does tomorrow, but maybe not. :)

How to put giant fish in the box.
Call me crazy, but I use this to make an 8 foot leader on every last one of my rods. I don't like it when giant redfish break my line, and since I've been using this I have not lost one to broken line. Straightened hooks, yes, but broken line, no. I've had to throw some of them back because I can't bend them enough to fit them in the ice chest. For 30 lbs test it ties pretty easily. Tie it on with a surgeon's knot.

Easy to break...
I bought the 12 lb test line to be the leader line for my 20 lb test braid. The line seemed pretty invisible for a drop shot and I got a big bite on my second cast. I could see the bass in the clear water and it was a good 3 pounder, which could be my PB in Virginia. I began reeling in fast and suddenly the line broke from a point above the hook while the fish was still in the water. I was heart broken but still decided to give it another try. I tied a fresh leader line and reset the drop shot. After a few casts the weight was snagged. I tried to pop my rod and the line broke again very easily. So in less than 30 minutes I lost a good bass, two weights, hooks and Sukoshi bugs. This leader line is expensive and definitely not as strong as a 12 lb test - it broke easily like a 4lb test line.

Shave your money
Seaguar Blue not worth the money. The line is very delicate. Have to cut away sections every other fish. Not barracuda friendly. Big Calicos no. Small yellow tails maybe. Not good for Bonita. Not recommended for bottom or kelp fishing. Line gets damaged too easily. Better of with straight mono. This happened on multiple trips with different test lines. Used 20,25,30 and 40. Same common issues. All brand new line.

Great Leader
Caught two nice Red fish this weekend, both in NE Florida creeks with lots of Oyster Shells. Only lost two jigs all day long and one of those was just after landing a nice 24" Red and a great fight with the leader finally breaking with the red in the net and landed. My fishing partner was not using Blue Label and lost many jigs and spent lots of time re-rigging rather than fishing. Blue label was a difference maker.

This stuff is either terrible or old - skip it
My lures and flies are snapping off when I cast this leader. The knots are staying intact but the line is snapping. Never happened to me before but it is consistently happening with this leader (even with a fresh leader). Take my advise and save your money - skipping this will save you lots of lures and flies.

My go to leader
This leader material has been durable, easy to work with, and well priced. I run 15# leader material to my pitching and flipping setups, usually 40-50 lb power pro joined with a uni-knot. I don't know if I would try anything else at this point because I haven't been let down by the blue label leader.
