SO YUMMY AND GOOD FOR US! I have a hard time eating breakfast since I don't get hungry after having my morning coffee. This is a good way to get get some cereal with fruit on it, in a bar I can eat without any prep or clean up. My grandson is a college student who works two jobs so he needs some "on the run" kind of foods too. He prefers the blueberry but both are delicious. These bars include organic apple, oats, wheat, barley and cinnamon along with a lot of added nutrients. They are low fat, 0 cholesterol and have low sodium. There are some carbs and sugar but not in great amounts. The convenience and nutrition in these makes this a great value for a quick breakfast or snack.

These are so good and filling! But the bar is far smaller than the package - deceiving.

They are very moist and the Apple and Blueberry fillings were tasty. A little smaller than I had anticipated but great for a snack or breakfast on the go.

My grandson and my grown daughter and her husband and even my older grandson, Jose, all loved these, I bought one in every flavor this last time, I got the 4 pack where you get 4 boxes for a more reasonable price in the individual boxes, but even individual boxes are well worth the price that under a little little under $4, they're great, great tasting, every ingredient. On it is natural, they're wonderful.

These are very good kids love them!

All 3 bars were fine but the box was torn and taped up like someone had ripped it trying to take some out.

These are taste and great for a breakfast on the go. I have to take meds with food. This is a quick way to do this.

kids will love these. It is sweet and soft. Mostly imporantly the ingredients are all good. so feel assured to give to the kids.
