PULACO Mist Maker, Indoor Fountain Mister Foggers, Small Pond Fog Machine Atomizer Air Humidifier Perfect for Water Feature, Halloween

I have used these PULACO fountain misters for many years. I use them every day when I am home disconnecting them before I go to bed. Some last for over a year whereas the last 2 had to be replaced much sooner with one stopping to make the mist and the other just stopping altogether. I do enjoy them and just wish they had continued making them with the remote control.

This little mister is great!! I used it in a large cauldron that I put in my trunk for a trunk or treat event. All the kids thought it was super cool that there was real mist coming out of the cauldron and the smaller ones thought there was a real potion brewing. The color changing was a bonus effect and looked really cool as it got darker. The mister is pretty small, but I knew that before I bought it so I planned for it. I put a tub upside down in the cauldron and put a bowl of water on top of it so the mister was right up by the top. It wouldn't have been visible if I didn't do this, but worked great the way it was set up. I had to refill the water in the bowl about every 20 min or so, but it wasn't a big deal since I was standing there passing out candy anyways.

The PULACO Mist Maker creates a beautiful fog effect and works very well in indoor fountains. It’s easy to use and adds a calming, decorative touch to the space. However, it requires a fairly large bowl or container—otherwise, the mist can cause water to collect on the table. Once set up with enough water, it performs great and looks amazing.

This thing worked when I first tried it. Then on Halloween when I really needed it, it would produce any fog at all. And I can't return it because it was the last day to return. Please pass on this one. It's crap!

I have been wanting one of these for a long time. I make tabletop waterfalls and this fogging effect looks so natural. It comes with an attached 'control' knob on the power cord. It doesn't seem to do anything when I change its position. The output is varied by the level of water above the center nozzle. Since the water will evaporate quite fast while fogging, you have to watch the water level. Even though it runs on 12v DC, you can receive a shock if you put finger just above the nozzle. Its not pleasant. I'm not going to say don't buy it, what it does is miraculous.

I like it, it's cute and it works but it does spit water. There is a little shield, but it melted the shield. So you need a big enough container to keep the water from making a mess.

I bought two of these misters for my cauldron build. They work very well. My caudldron was on the small side and I needed only one. For a larger cauldron you may need at least two. The light works well as provide a glow to the mist. I also use a water light (found at Menards) to make a brighter glow of green. All in all very pleased with this product. The price was half the price of Spirit Halloween version and looked almost identical.
