on and off alpha max.. pretty hardcore stuff.this is what i use in between cycles to recover.I take blood tests when i finish alpha max. my doctor thought i was an alcoholic and IMMEADIATELY said you cant drink anything if you dont want your liver to quit working lol. my liver values were a little over 4x what they should be and my test levels were pretty low. after i finished my "recovery" aka post cycle, i went back in for another test.. My doctor coouldnt believe that in just 30 days i had fully recovered.this is the only thing i have taken that can not only keep gains, but gain a couple lbs of muscle till next cycle. you may have a small dip or loss of weight in the 1st week, 2nd and 3rd week it comes back, and 4th week you may see MORE gains than you had when you started.

READ if you're coming off a pro hormone
If you are finishing a pro hormone cycle, like any type of oral super drol... This will NOT WORK. You need a true estrogen blocker. A "serm" ! I lost all my gains after my cycle of methastadrol thinking this was a good post cycle. It will do NOTHING for you

Great product! I just finished my bottle & I was on a 12-week cycle of Winny and Test Cyp. I had great gains 15-18lbs of lean muscle. So of course I was worried about losing my gains also I was very skeptical about using some designer PCT product. Took this product as directed and at the recommended time after my cycle. I only lost 5 lbs when I stopped my cycle, which I expected. I got those 5 lbs back and then some. My libido was back and almost as high as it was on my cycle. My overall well-being was great as well. I did lose some strength in certain exercises and did not lose strength in others. For a one stop all-in-one PCT for your Pro-Hormones I would highly recommend. I am purchasing another bottle for my next cycle soon.

Spend your money elsewhere.
Workout, diet, & rest regiment had not changed since getting on this pct but I've lost nearly 10lbs in the first 2 weeks. I won't be using this pct again.
