I use it, but...
I purchased this item primarily to transport firewood out of my woods. First, the item was horribly packed. The cardboard was torn in many places and the tiny washers and parts were ripped out of their packaging and wound up in the bottom of the large box. Pieces fell all over my garage floor. Miraculously I was able to gather almost all of them. Second the directions are horrible. The item is not that difficult to assemble but the confusing directions made it five times harder than it had to be. The worst part was that the directions were written in such small print, I had to scan and enlarge them, just to be able to read the part numbers. Third, one of the panels was bent, so I had to force them to fit onto the main bed. Fourth, the parts list mentions four "wheel spacers". Couldn't find them anywhere. They may have been already stuck on the wheel; I'll never know. I was left with three small, rubber, bullet shaped black caps which never found a home. I assumed at first that they were the wheel spacers and that one was missing. They didn't fit in the spot where the directions stated the wheel spacers should go. Fifth, the steering is very stiff and awkward. Last; 1400 lbs.?! Please. This thing is a lot flimsier than it appears in the pictures or how it is described. I wouldn't put anything close to that weight in this. Does it work? Yeah...as long as you're not traveling on hilly terrain, it will haul eight good sized unsplit logs. I use it, and it's got a lot more room than the others on the market. Would I buy it again? Probably not.

For the price there are worse choices
I was excited to get this wagon. I intended to use it around the yard and for the little one to play with occasionally too. When I received the unit I put it together. I was disappointed to find out all of the sides which fit onto the frame of the wagon were bent. This "could" have been a shipping issue, but I was dumbfounded to conceive of how each of them, facing different ways in the box, could have been bent in shipping when the box looked fine. One of the tires was also flat. It's not overly effective dragging a wagon with one flat tire about the yard. Overall, I decided to keep it and fix the tire. It functions, isn't the quality I would like, but it is useful. If I had it to do over again I would likely spend an extra $100 and buy a higher quality wagon, but for now it's usable.

Great Garden Cart
This is a quality garden cart (made in Canada by Millside Industries), and is much better quality than the ones at local retailers that are nothing but Chinese GARBAGE.

cheap in some areas but good overall
I recently purchased this wagon and recieved it on the last possible arrival date. The box arrived pretty dinged up. Upon opening it I discovered that the two long side gates had been damaged during shipping due to poor packing. I called Northern Tools and they offered to send me two new wagon sides free of charges and are having me keep the damaged ones. Overall I would say that the customer service was excellent. The wagon itself is sturdy in some places, but the sides and bottom that have the diamond shaped fencing stuff is a little on the cheap or weak side. It seems like it would break pretty easily. Also one of the wheels seems to be off a little, but doesn't seem like a problem right now. Pretty good wagon for hauling items back and forth on rough terain, but I wouldn't expect it to hold 1400 lbs. I gave it four out of five because we had the same model previously and it held up for about three years or so.Also be aware that you must put the wagon together yourself. Kind of obvious but I thought I would mention that. Great buy for the price!

Utility Cart
I got this utility cart for my husband. It was bought for the purpose of storing and transporting our generator (which is very heavy). There is plenty of room for a gas can, oil, an electrical cord, and a funnel. The sides drop down which makes it easily accessible. It was not hard to put together either. My husband really likes it and saves his back. It rolls easily through the mud and snow because of the wider tires. It is well worth it.

Wagon
Very sturdy wagon and it lives up to it's size Jumbo, I can haul most anything. And it is truly saving my back. In the past I always used a wheel barrel and always had a back ache - this makes it so much easier. There is only one flaw that I can see -- the bed of the wagaon is already showing rust and is not made a sturdy stuff, to fix this problem I am using a 2x4 piece of wood, weatherizing it and placing it on the bed of the wagon. I also plan on using rustoleum paint and painting the bed as well. If I didn't do this I am sure it would be rusted through before the first year was over. On a good note, it's been one of my best investments for hauling stuff around the yard and saving my back. **It's been two years since posting this--still going strong!!!

Broke on first use
I didn't mind that the packaging containing the hardware had opened during shipping, requiring me to hunt down every nut, bolt and washer within the box. I didn't mind that one of the removable sides was bent out of the box. It's cheap, so I figured I was getting what I had paid for. But after assembling it, upon using it for the very first time, the handle snapped off at the spot weld where it attaches to the axle. Of course it's the weekend, so I can't yet comment on how this vendor's customer service responds.

Takes a while to put together, do it outside, smells awful
This box is heavy. It is best opened outside. The contents will make your house smell like a cross between an Army Surplus store and Grandmas Mothball ridden closet. Have your tools handy. You will also need some oil and grease. Once you get it together it seems to work though. I have not put the rated capacity in it. It does not run well over grass. Seems prone to tipping.
