Comes with precut strips of good quality paper but a very colour palette...there are around 7 or 8 strips per shade and a quilling tool....

Purpose met. Paper Thickness is good but colours are a bit shady.
Paper was of good quality, thick enough to do serve the purpose.However the colours were a bit shady, but okay ain't too bad.The tool provided was in good shape, had firm holding.
