Serious Performance Issues Not Recommended.
Beware of reviews and ratings from NON Verified Individuals. Also these SuBlue units are advertised using different names that is why you will find 5 star ratings with no reviews There is trickery in advertising I have found. The unit is nice looking and very well packaged and the one hand operation is nice when it works. The unit I received had several problems.Any settings set using Bluetooth will be lost and default settings kick in. Bluetooth dropped continuously even when setting poolside beside the unit. (Very annoying)The unit is designed to lockout the Turbo Speed when the battery remaining power is down below 50%. My unit locked out Turbo with 75-80% Battery Power REMAINING every time. The unit has a low battery warning at 20% Battery Power Remaining it kinda of vibrates to let you know. What they don’t tell you is that any time below the 20% Battery Power Remaining the Unit will SHUT OFF and MOST OF THE TIME will not Power On so it has to be carried. (I did notice that if it sets for 5 minutes or so it will Turn Back On) but once you press the GO Switches it’ll power off.The Battery Cover is a bit to loose with a weak spring latch and can pop off during use and does not float. Noted during Turbo mode when making sharp turns or acrobatic maneuvers. The run times stated are exaggerated we could not get more than 45 minutes in Free (slowest mode from freshly charged battery) The Sport Mode 27 minutes was the best.Turbo well in 11 minutes of continuous use while the display screen showed 75% battery remaining the unit switched to the Sport mode every time. This DPV Underwater Scooter has several serious deficiencies and giving 2 stars is me being generous . For $998.00 there are many more less expensive options for a entry level Underwater Scooter.Manufacturer was contacted slow to respond and no help just down played my questions.Seller no help couldn’t even respond to the question, gave answer for specifics from manufacturers details.Typical to often these days. Substandard products rushed to market.

So much fun!
I’ve been buying sea scooters for years now. The Yamaha ones are horrible and break all the time. I just have purchased about 6 of them over the years all ranging in price from $200 - $500. The problem with the Yamaha was the battery and the way it seals the water out. The unit would always open during water use and completely destroy the scooter. This one is a game changer. Not only does it go 4.5mph, but the battery compartment is completely submerged in water and doesn’t fail. I’ve been using the scooter for 2 months and it’s worked flawlessly for me and my kids.My only complaint with this unit is the design of the fans. They suck anything and everything in, including long hair, fingers, etc. My wife complains about its safety and it usually doesn’t come out for use with more than 2 kids in the pool. It’s expensive but well worth it so far. I hope to enjoy it for years to come.

Not happy with support or replacement parts.
2 CONCERNS:We had one of the round round plastic pieces crack on the outside of the back bezel. The replacement for the front part (looked almost exact, but slightly different) could be purchased online for $18. The part for the back, which was essentially the same size, etc, was $50 + shipping, which could only be ordered by calling into Sublue. This makes zero sense whatsoever.Second concern. We send the unit back in under warranty (and we paid for shipping costs) because it stopped working. This was approx 1 month before warranty expiration. Almost exactly 1 week after the warranty expired, the unit stopped working again. I'm fed up with sub blue and I will never purchase another one of their products. The unfortunate things is that I purchased an add'l battery, which was around $120. Not a happy customer here. Going to look at Yamaha units now, they are likely a much better company.

Good product, fun to use.
Fun, good ride. Battery doesn’t last as said. Especially if used for 10 minutes, then have it sit in off position. When you would turn it on again the battery would be low. The switch to close the battery got jammed on me. Doesn’t float, at least mine didn’t . Cleaning isn’t bad at all. Overall all, good product, you just have to be an advit user.

You have four yeses!
I use this thing every day. I have another product from them for half the price and my friends use that with me every day. This is the coolest toy whether you live by the ocean or you have a pool. It’s a definite yes for me. You have for Yasser’s! You can go through to the next round!

Good speed in a sturdy but small package
A surprising amount of power for such a small unit. The wing shape makes it very easy to quickly maneuver while underway with a simple bend or twist of the wrist. Seems well built. I liked it so much I bought a second unit for my son.
