Though the product gets you amped it as 3 high risk ingredients which is :Sucralose a sweetener suspected to be a carcinogen which can cause cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and cause overweight once not used.Acesulfame K same thing as aboveSilicon dioxide destroyer of kidneys, liver and etc overtime. I dont know why they do this to us. Unfortunately there is better out there

I take this in the morning and it gives me a bit of a boost for a couple hours.Mainly got this for burning fat but does not really work for that purpose at all. It does suppress appetite to an extent, but not for long.I now take this as a pick me up during the day when I feel a bit lethargic.

This is a very good product but better as a pre-workout than a fat burner. I'd take it every morning before my workout and it would give me a good boost without all the jitters. I never mix it, I just throw a scoop back in my mouth and then wash it down with a bottle of water. It kicks in instantly. I would definitely recommend this to a client who is sensitive to caffeine and looking for a effective but cheap pre workout.

This is the best preworkout to suppress your hunger and sweat you like balls.Gives me great pump and if you combine this with your cardio is the best. I lost 20 lbs in 2 months with proper diet and workout. From whatever i have tried in the past few years this is the best in the market. Hopefully they maintain the quality.Update: Somehow this flavor gives less pump compared to orange flavor i had. Still good but i will get back to orange flavor again

As an early morning workout individual it was a very effective and useful supplement to help power through the workouts. The pineapple flavor took some getting used to, but that could be from the raw ingredients it contains. I would recommend for any individual who is an avid fitness enthusiast or hardcore athlete.

The product is a great fat burner, it really works. Gives yu great booster when yu take a scoop with water.Loss your weight within 20 days but with a good diet plan and great workout must required.
