This product is so nice to have on hand when you need a breading that works well for all friend food, especially onion rings! I hate to be without it!

This product is difficult to find locally so we purchased a case of it. It freezes perfectly and will last us a long time.

Use this for fried green tomatoes and onion rings. I usually add an egg to thicken.

Simply add water and you have a great tempura batter for delicious onion rings..could not be easier

It's the best batter for onions that I've been able to find, but I'm still looking for something as light and flakey as a good Japanese cook would create.

When I opened the box, one of the packets had a hole in it and had spilled all over!! No returns, no replacement. I'm glad it wasn't more than one packet. And no I didn't cut it when I opened the box.
