These barrettes are one of the best out there. I really love these non slip grip barrettes.

These hair clips are perfect for my fine straight hair. They don't slip and stay put all day. I wear them so often the surface plastic tends to crack, but only after many months of daily use. Because they are inexpensive, I can easily replace them as needed. I'm so glad they still make these clips since they work best for my hair type.

Fantastic, just what I was looking for at a great price. I usually pay between $6-$7 for two and got 6 for $8. Very pleased

I have fine hair, that I like to keep off my face. I love these clips with the no-slip grip. I took away one star because they tend to break. I think this is because of the tight tension that is applied to them when I push them into the double click tightness. I will continue to buy the same ones though, as they are the only type that work really well for my fly-away hair. I think this is the third time I’ve purchased these clips, as I’ve used them exclusively for several years.

I love these Scunci no-slip grip barrettes! I’m in my 60’s and my hair has gotten thinner and more baby fine with age. I grew it longer during the pandemic and have been looking for more ways to wear it but barrettes kept sliding out. I can pull the sides to the back and put one of these no-slip barrettes in and it stays all day! The addition of the plastic layer over the metal parts works great! The pinch release clasp is a bit tough for fingers with a touch of arthritis. But the order came with 6 barrettes so I picked out the easiest two and gave the rest to my hair stylist to give away and use on her other clients. So happy with this product I ordered some smaller Scunci no-slip barrettes to use on the sides of my hair and they work great as well!

Horrible barrettes. I don't have thick hair. I have very thin hair. I bought 4 packs. Can only wear the barrettes a couple of times, all break right in the middle. Huge waste of time and money! Do not buy!!!

They hold your hair well, but the plastic always cracks. I ordered one set, they broke. They were cheap, so I thought it may have just been a bad batch. Reordered. Second batch did same. Not a good value when each barrette only lasts a couple of weeks.

I love these barretts as the 3 different clamping options and covered metal pieces are easy on hair. But, as others have said they do break easily and quickly!! I’m glad they send 3 pkgs of 2 because after a few months the decorative plastic back either breaks into several pieces or it pops off the metal barrett clamp where it is barely clamped on. If it just pops off I have had luck super gluing it back on but that only lasts for awhile before it then breaks into pieces. But, at the reasonable price I just toss it!

These barrettes are great because they have '3 clicks' - 3 different degrees of clasping - to really hold fine, thin hair. I like the dark, neutral colours. A versatile staple.

These are the best barrettes in my opinion. They do not pull at my hair like the others without the "grip" on the clasp. If you have thicker hair or lats of hair, I would highly recommend that you try these out. They are worth the extra money in my opinion.

Received 3 packs, each containing 2 barrettes. Each pack had one tortoiseshell and one black barette. These are great for holding thin hair in a pony tail as you can click it closed up to 3 times to make a tighter hold. The parts that grasp the hair are also covered in a silicone material for better grip. Each barrette measures 3-1/4 inches long.
